Customers who have purchased digital, physical, or subscription session offerings from the Company ... and are unhappy with their purchase ... may be eligible for a refund or partial refund.
Refunds for Physical Products
Thew refund policy for this category of offers is based on the following:
1. Refund must be requested in writing by emailing Customer Support
2. The request for refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
3. Physical items must be returned to:

Refunds for Digital/Subscription Products

2 - Request of refund must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
Refund for HGA-Subscription-Session-Offers
The refunds policy for this category of offers is based on the following:
1 - Participant provides at least 2 weeks written notice of HGA Session Cancelation.
2 - Requested refund amunt must be sent in writing by emailing Customer Support
3 - Refund amounts are calculated on a prorata bases.
4 - Refund amount are calculated by the officers of Mastery Unleashed LLc or by legal Arbitration service.

1 - I am required to review and sign the HGA-Client-Partner-Agreement ...
2 - I will access my purchase via the private "HGA-Member-Portal" using my purchase email and self generated password.
3 - I will have access for my purchase as long as my payments are in good standing and ... I am honoring the HGA-Client-Partner-Agreement
